PRICING

Saturday Wedding Package:
Includes Friday (4PM-9PM) rehearsal and Saturday (10AM-Midnight) ceremony and reception.

- Venue rental $4,500 with $250 refundable security deposit to hold date. 

Sunday Wedding Package:
Includes Thursday (5PM-9PM) rehearsal and Sunday (10AM-Midnight) ceremony and reception.

-Venue rental $3,500 with $250 refundable security deposit to hold date 

Single Day Wedding Package:
Includes 9AM-Midnight)ceremony and reception.

- Venue rental $2,800 with $250 refundable security deposit to hold date. 

Other Events:

We are happy to host other special occasions including birthday parties, corporate events, graduation celebrations, bridal showers, baby showers and reunions.

Hourly rental rate $100 per hour +6% sales tax.  Minimum four hour rental required.

Planning an event can be stressful! We want to take the stress out of selecting a venue.  Contact us to discuss how we can customize a package for your special event.

For an additional charge, a selection of decorations is available and when you arrive for your event it will be fully decorated.  

EVENT INSURANCE

Required for Weddings. A copy of the event insurance and full payment is required 30 days in advance of event.

SECURITY DEPOSIT 

The refundable security deposit is required the date of booking. If there are no damages, this will be refunded to you within 7 days after your event. 

PAYMENT METHOD 

Method of payment is cash, check or Venmo payment. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your scheduled venue date.

CATERERS

Other venues require that you use their caterer. We want you to be able to select your own caterer and vendors.  All commercial vendors must be licensed.
