Our wedding rental fee includes:
- Temperature controlled wedding venue, ensuring the celebration goes on, despite the weather!
- Use of our beautiful tables and chairs. Round 60” tables (seats 8) or banquet table (8-10) with chairs.
- Indoor restrooms (wheelchair accessible).
- Separate groom’s dressing room.
- Bridal Suite
- Large spacious warming kitchen.
- Ice Machine
- ADA accessible venue.
- ADA restrooms
- ADA parking
- ADA entrance to the venue
- Indoor occupancy of 125 (with tables & chairs). We highly recommend not to exceed 100 indoor in case the weather doesn't allow for an outdoor ceremony.
- Secluded location with only a 10 minute drive to local restaurants and hotels.
- Engagement photos scheduled on the grounds for free.
- Professional venue and individualized service with upfront policies and pricing.
- No upcharges or hidden fees. You pay rental, sales tax, refundable security deposit.
